Jimbaran is a region located in the southern part of Bali. This area also has a particularly exotic natural scenery with white sand beaches. Many places you can visit during a vacation in Jimbaran. One of the places that became an icon is a statue of Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK).

GWK is a tourist park in Jimbaran with attractions Statue of GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana). GWK statue is a replica statue of the god Vishnu riding Garuda vehicle named as high as 12 m, the work of famous sculptor of Bali, I Nyoman Nuarta. Areas of Cultural Park Garuda Wisnu Kencana located at an altitude of 146 meters above the ground surface or 263 feet above sea level.

This statue is projected to bind spatial with visibility up to 20 miles so it can be seen from Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua to Tanah Lot. Located in a white sandy beach of Kedonganan. It is about 3 kilometers south of Bali International Airport Ngurah Rai. The area is at the southern part of the famous Kuta beach. You may experience the sea breeze and the breath taking scenary by walking along the sea side in the morning, then you may enjoy various of delicious fresh sea food serve at many open restaurants with your love one when the sun set come.
